Welcome to our Adult self-defense and karate classes page!

Starting on July 7th and ending on August 6th, Shihan Amato will be teaching Adult self-defense and karate classes on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:15pm to 9:15pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for parents of karate kids and residents alike to learn basic critical self-defense and awareness techniques that can help them cope with today's society in general.

The cost is only $25 for the uniform...and that's it! This month is free for the first 20 attendees who sign up. Please contact us at (732) 671-9555 to register...and tell your friends about it as well. Learning in a group setting is always fun to share.
