Chief Amato waited for three hours for the suspect, Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe from Summit NJ, to return to the car in question. Chief Amato popped the lock and provided water for the dog as the temps the car inside were high. The couple was issued citations to appear in the Keansburg court to answer the charges of Animal Cruelty on 8/20/09. |
