Kuo of Holmdel NJ, left his terrier breed dog in his car while he went to play golf in Millstone. He was located on the 15 hole and was made to unlock the car so the park rangers could give the dog water. Chief Amato issued animal cruelty charges to Mr. Kuo and his court date is on 7/20/09 in Holmdel Township at 9:00 am.
