In addition, the 2 dogs and 2 catgs/kittens that were confiscated by the MC-SPCA were ordered into the permanent possession of the agency so that suitable homes could be located for them. A month prior, the Melendez family went on a trip to PA leaving the animals unattended with no food or water for two days. |
