I might be stepping on some big wig Judges toes with this article, but whatever! How and why would any one want to try to overturn something that millions of people in this country have signed up for? I am talking about the telemarkerters being told to take a flying leap over their own telephone lines. I, for one, am sick and tired of running to the phone, stopping whatever I am doing and finding out it's poor slob telemarketer that meeds to seriously go out and find a real job, trying to sell me on some lame product, that if I wanted it, I would go out and buy it.The most ridiculous thing is that if I am not getting bothered by telemarketers on the phone, I am getting bothered by them with my fax machine. I have to refill the fax paper on weekly basics because of the junk faxes that come across it all day. It makes me boil, because then I have an important tax that I need to receive, its out of paper because of the junk mail that comes over it. I wonder if this law will prevent this type of garbage from being sent also? Another thing while I am on a role is what is going to be done with the garbage that I get every day on my computer? I can only hope that this bill if not already, will help us out with that. I get on an average day close to one hundred junk/spam what ever you want to call it on my email. I can not even say out of embarrassment what type of garbage it is, except that when I need help with this type of problem that the emails are addressing I will see my doctor! Cut me a break judges, how can you be against anything that would stop this type of slime and this type of annoyance to every one from happening? It seems to me to be beyond a no brainer that we all want this type of practice to stop, that is at least the ones who do not own or work at a telemarketing office. To those people I am truly sorry because I do not want to put any one out of work, but the truth is the truth and I think we all have had it up to our telephone receivers! It has gone to the point that I look at the caller I.D. any more to see if it is an out of the area or blocked number and answer it accordingly I feel that if there are millions of people in this country that have been fed up with the annoying phone calls at all hours of the day, want this stopped that one federal judge or even twenty federal judges should be looking for jobs at their local telemarking agencies. The judges in this country have to remember that they are supposed to be working for us and looking out for our best interests, not the interest of a few that are going to be looking for a new job! Another thing that's got way out of control is the the thing with church and state or how every you want to word it,I word it as get a life! How is it that this country has gotten so anal that we are letting our courts or at least a few judges in the courts allow the word "God" or anything related to be scrutinized in our schools and our public places. First of all, if any one knows me your will testify that I am not a religious person. I believe in God in my own way and do not have to go to church to have some one tell me how I should view my beliefs, or any thing else. As far as I can see the church has it's own problems when it comes to their in house interludes! But when I was a child growing up pledging to the flag and respecting what this country was founded on, I never in my wildest imagination thought that some bleeding heart liberals would down the road want to change every thing this country was founded on. Cut me a break, even our money has in God we trust printed on it; is that going to be changed also? I understand that many other cultures and religions are in this country but so what. This is the U.S.A. When they came here did they step out of a twilight zone episode! If you do not like the fact that this country was founded on certain principals, then move out of it! Go back to that third world country you were spawned from and leave us and our ways alone! If we allow things to keep on going the way they are it will be a matter of a few years that the Pledge of allegiance will be banned from our schools also! It would be against the law to pass our currency around because of what is written on it. I bet you the farm however that these banner waving bleeding hearts have no problem spending that same currency, they can not wait to get their little slimy hands on it as a matter of fact in the way of low, if not free interest loans when they slither into this great country that they want to change so much.
