Men and women, and I mean Americans, are fighting these terrorist scum overseas and I really thank them. Here in the U.S, every liberal dirtbag that has something bad to say about our president is lining up to do it on Memorial day, and I think thats nonsense. If they don't like our president that much, then why don't they take a plane ride to Iraq and hang out with the losers that are left hanging on to Saddam's coat tails. If people in this country don't agree, and I can understand that, they can save the static until after we take a day to remember our fallen American heroes. The problem with politicians is that they just don't know when to shut up about politics..like during important observances to the people who laid down their lives for this country. I agree that everyone should have their say...but why not take one day, one day..to not play politics and just remember these swell kids that did what they had to do and died doing it for us. Personally, I always thank veterans for their efforts. they are doing a great job. It's because of them that my wife and I and our daughters have a chance to live in a country that is free. But, freedom is not free, especially for those who protect us around the world, 24 hours a day. I thin a good way to remember our fallen veterans this year is to do just that, remember them and their sacrifices. Right now, there's a terrible war going on to protect the freedom and the lives of Americans. I believe in this cause and I believe in our president. So, I want to take the time to say "Thank You", to them and to him. Buddy Amato is a Hazlet business owner, who operates Amato's Karate and Weapons Academy. For more information, call (732) 671-9555.
