No one is perfect and not everyone is a model student, but all students have the right to learn. It is the teacher's job to educate the student and guide them to have courtesy, integrity, perseverance, and an indomitable spirit. It is important for a teacher to keep an open mind and learn from others and their students.

It is about taking a weakness or disadvantage and making it your advantage. Everything in life can get you down; the important part is standing back up when it does.
